Default Is it ok to be a spectacled lifeguard?
I'm undergoing a lifeguard course and hope to hired as a lifeguard. Will my short sightedness affect my chances of becoming hired? Anyone see any spectacled lifeguards before?

not everyone haf perfect or near perfect eyesight...
anyway googles can help in adjustin ur eyesight like wat spectacles did...

Haha. I'm definitely don't need googles in the water. But I just hope that my eyesight won't hinder me from getting hired. Because I can't too far without them.

Hey. don't worry. i'm also a lifeguard too.Also wearing spec. hahas. no prob one. but if let say u are working at sentosa beach and all. Make sure u get an extra spec standby. just in case anything happened which might cause you to lose ur spec!!
