NUS Business School, LKY School of Public Policy offer double Masters programme
By Hoe Yeen Nie, Channel NewsAsia | Posted: 26 January 2008 2342 hrs

SINGAPORE : The National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy have teamed up to offer a double Masters degree.

From August this year, students may combine a Master in Business Administration (MBA), together with a Master in Public Policy (MPP) or a Master in Public Administration (MPA).

This means less time is needed to complete the programme - 2 to 3 years, instead of the usual 3 to 4 years if the Masters were taken separately.

Students may also choose to start their degree at either school, depending on their own schedules.

NUS says the double Masters is aimed at individuals interested in understanding and influencing public policy, as well as experienced professionals looking to raise their leadership and managerial capabilities. - CNA /ls
