NTUC Toa Payoh Hub

Dear all ,

I went to TPY Hub NTUC just now there is one cashier by the name of Peh XXXX XXXX i brought one item around $1 plus to $ 2 i give my NTUC Gold card to swip for rebate as i paying NTUC every month $9 for the card therefore i am entitle to swip the card for the 4% rebate no matter what amount.

I give the card to the cashier with the money the put the card on the table and say no more discount! what so funny is that the card is not a discount card y she throw the card on the table and say no more discount!

I was blurr and i work in NTUC before i know even i buy 80cent i am entitle to swip the card for rebate because i am paying for the card!

She just complete the transcation and put my item away i was very angry i went out the NTUC i call the manager on my HP to ask her if i am a Gold card holder do i entitle a rebate no matter what amount and she say yes and i tell her what her staff say NO MORE DISCOUNT AND RETURN ME THE CARD and the NTUC manager she just ask me for her staff name and apologize to me and ended to call i was not happy that she did not offer to cancel and redo the transcation for me i am not greedy for the $1 plus $2 rebate it is that it is not my fault that i did not bring my card i brought my card and yet i did not get the rebate the staff on fault!

Ok... from what you said... The staff is just plain lazy!!! She don't bother to swipe the card for you... and just lie... Which happens a lot la...

Well if it was me i will call her manager in front of her....

lazy staff.. Crap attitude.. Even worse service.. u shld have embarress her in front of the whole world.. Not only u shld call the manager in front of her ... scream at the bugger face... scold like mad

Everytime i got NTUC they will ask member card?

This time this cashier she did not ask me got menber card anot i tot she forget she was waiting there looking at me taking money but i already place the card on the table she just care the money i just pass to her she did not swip!

I everytime beri sway one maybe i look stupid to them! But i am working in service line to me no matter in what situation happy or not happy you shld treat customer well.

maybe she's new n jus forogrt or mistaken or sumthing?
i am working as a cashier now. den ytd i met 2 women in their late twenties or early thirties. they were dressed so well lor. wearing dress, high heels n have their hair so nicely done.
den they bot 5 boxes of premium oranges. very nice boxes n stuffs. den they are so so so heavy. i had a hard time packing them up lo. even gort cut by the boxes . den i tell them the total price. one of the woman asked how much is 1. den i tell them erm its. $16.80.
den they gort irritated n start to raise ther voice. " ITS $9.80. THE PROMOTER SAYS ITS $9.80. YOU CHECK AGAIN" den i say bbut the computer states that its $16.80.
den one went off to check with promoter. den the promoter came says its 9.80. i shows him the price in the screen. den he say h go n check. and he walk slowly back with his other fren. ( normally if we need to chack the prices we will run back n forth lor. inorder not to let costumer wait)
but worst of all. they nv come back after 10mins!
den i was left alone woith the 2crazy women. and they start to scold me lor. say i wasting their time. say where gort oranges so ex one. $16.80 who will buy. ):

den i call the manager n i broke down n cry. den the cashier aunty also come n help me n say them back.
so unreasonable leh. i even spent the time n effort to help the pack hao hao. its not my fault at all lor. yet they scold me ):
