Novena Sq Long John Silver

Dear all,

Today I went to Novena Square Long John the service very poor...

I Q up behind a lady there are two counter I tot next will be me after the crew serve the lady end up he left the counter let me stand there Q up and he move to the next counter and open it and ask another lady from the other counter whom come after me to his counter therefore I Q up again behind the lady the other counter was beri busy because there is guy take away alot of food. Only left with him moving the Q...

After he serve the lady he close the counter and left I was standing there and he pretend he did not see me at all...

So the counter one whom finish the crew saw another lady just came in and he ask her to come to hsi counter as i was walking towards his counter...

They pretend never see me at all i was very angry...

i will never buy food from Long John Anymore Bad Service Poor Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you know u couldve complained to the manager, cos the guy is trying to be farny... by complaining to the manager, u couldve gotten that guy fired and a free meal as compensation. u go again and see if that idiot does it again

Bad service could be seen almost everywhere else.

This is my first case happen in long john everytime i have good impression in long john but today my worse visit in long john!

The other time at a hk restaurant, we were queuing outside the restaurant to get a seat inside, there's alot of seats lah, but it says u haf to wait while they get u a table.

so many waitress, waiters walked past us,
but they never do anything!! never even ask how many ppl.
i got super duper pissed of abt 10 mins later,

i went in, asked the mgr in chinese, while pointing to that few chinese national waiters and waitresses,
i said,

so you wanna do business one anot? dont wan just say.

immediately i got a seat and even ordered food within 5 mins of time seated

I don't know whether your food got "extra" ingredients or not. Actually the last thing I want to do is to offend pple serving my food.

I HAVE A COMPLAIN ON LJS TOO!!

i went to the Entertainment Centre's LJS outlet

it was around 10pm (after Kpool)

yea they were going to close but there was still customers.

my friends n i bought combo 1

AND THE CHICKEN WAS LIKE SO SMALL CAN

so PEK CEK.

the length of the chicken piece was not longer than the size of my middle finger (9cm to be exact)

and it was like BURNT

i complained immediately and the manager gave me another plate.

supposedly with a bigger piece of chicken

but i dont see any friggin difference!

UNDERSTOOD, you're going to end business.

so that gives you the reason to serve such quality lacking food?

i was SO pissed that time.

i think LJS's chicken pieces are SHRINKING.

only the fish pieces are still standard.
