anyone encounter certain times where buses would just make those awwful sounds , like "eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" a long painful screech , most probably coming from the worn out tires or smth , nehh just sharing my experience ,

Those eeeeeeeeee sound normally comes from a loose fan belt. And if only slowing down then have the sound, it comes from dirty brake shoes. Not really a big problem.
