How to bowl in league???? we all avg not consistent somemore basics not gd yet cannot lah.....hahahhaha maybe my friend can lah the one ask you the shoe one he bowl quite long le.... he avg 170 to 180.... As for me still long way man......Next time can jio liao...hahhaha

yeah man..... next time can jio bowling liaox.... hahahahaa... since we stay so near to chevrons.... we have quite a few of us staying in jurong, so no problem one!

ooohhh.... then isn't west bowl nearer to your house?

me ah.... ahahhaa.... siao bowling one... but not as siao as you all lor... bowl everyday.... buay tahan...... me bowl about 4-6 days per week.... 3 days training days (+ normal bowling before or after trg), and the remaining days normal bowling games lor.... we go places one... training at planet bowl, then other places include mt faber, chevrons, kallang, superbowl jurong, csc bt batok etc etc.

hi all, greeting....

i am ronald, Indonesian but studying at SP. just started playing though. i usually play at Superbowl jurong (before i know that place, i play at kallang). just learning how to hook a ball with a black dot (I think), columbia 300. got it from ken pro's promotion.

can any1 show me how far can this ball hook??? i am still wandering. thank you all and have fun.

welcome aboard!

do you mean a columbia white dot? the one that usually comes with in a package right? well, that is a polyester ball, so it's not meant to hook much. hehehe... the hook potential, on a scale of 0 - 60, is only 8 for this ball. a typical reactive ball meant to hook is normally above 30 on the scale.

the white dot is good for beginners who are picking up the sport, and for straight bowlers who wanna learn how to hook. as you move along and get used to hooking the ball, you should be getting a reactive ball instead.
