hi, how and where can i go to apply for the WDA subsidy?? i wanna take part time poly during my ns.. am i eligible?? what's the minimum requirement to apply??

i was graded pes c9l9 n most probably i be posted to admin.. so i thought of taking part time studies during my ns. can ns men apply for wda subsidy??
