Default NATURAL REMEDIES

For sore muscles use birch oil.If it burns too much mix it with olive oil. It really works well if you take a hot bath then apply it while your body is cooling.

Lavender oil works well for rashes and also works very well mixed with birch oil for deep healing.

Echinacea tea is great for flu or a cold, it's really good to keep your immune system pumped up.eucalyptus incense is really good for the sinuses

tiger balm(the red one) is really good for sore muscles

walgreens patches helps the pain in neck

clorophyll tablets for fresh breath

valerian or skullcap herb for relaxing or for sleeplessness

aloe vera for burns, cuts or dry skin.

olive oil for dry skin, soft cuticles and strong fingernails,it keeps my hair and skin nice too.

.Vinegar makes a good hair rinse, cuts any leftover suds, as does lemon juice and both make a good facial astringent.

Avocado is good for dry nails and cuticles and dry skin.

valerian root for sleeplessness.

take plant statins to lower cholesterol

A few drops of lavender oil in hot water, put in little bowl and smell the fumes to relieve stress

honey is a multi-purpose remedy,it's a natural anti-bacterial, helps skin heal more effectively after grazes or burns and is wonderfully good for sore throats (helps get rid of the germs as well as soothing.)

warm salt water.gargle it when your throat is feeling raw, squeeze it from a cotton ball into your nose and sniff to clear your sinuses when you've been in a polluted environment (doesn't feel great but damn it works) and you can do the same thing to your children nose when they have cold.

Lemon will sweat out a cold and detox the toxins built up in your system whilst you have a cold.

Salt is a natural (mild) disenfectant and preservative that's why dentists tell you to gargle with warm salt water.

Aloe vera for graze or cut.

If you get sunburnt don't go for the creams put cold tea on the sunburn..OrR cut a tomatoe in half and rub it over the burn area not only does it help relieve the pain but also quickens the healing process.

cabbage leaves placed on the breasts for healing soreness in the breastfeeding woman.

If you don't want to suffer a cold or flu during winter, add nasturtiums to your soups boths and stews and you will not get a cold or flu.nasturtiums is the answer to many sickness.

apply lavender oil with the birch oil.Peter've actully seen bruses start and go away before they turned dark when birch and lavender were applied together right after the injury.

(5 ppm of true ionic silver) works well for almost all problems relating to the immune system. Stronger ppm(parts per million) is not necessary.Great for colds, flu, cuts, acne, infections, etc - quite a universal remedy.Ionic silver works better than colloidal silver because of the small particle size.Good for pets too.
