In this Naruto game, you can equip skills and items to four characters of your choice in 100 levels. There will also be an addition of 3 other characters and 20 characters, including the Third Hokage, Shizune, and Kabuto Yakushi. This game is said to be almost exactly the same as the Japanese version but there will be some changes such as updated movesets and new ougis for some characters. There will be the choice to use Japanese or English voices. Naruto and Jiraiya can use Rasengan and Sasuke and Kakashi can use Chidori during the game, without the use of an Ougi.
Each character's secret technique will be similar to the first Ultimate Ninja Heroes, with the exceptions of some.There will be Power ups such as CS1 sasuke and Naruto with Fox chakra or Neji with Byakugan mode.
