And here are some scrolling templates for orginal XMB which are NOT DONE by me...just my collections;

















To use scrolling template;
1) Use any graphic editor that is capable of handling layers
2) Place original graphic on bottom layer
3) Place scrolling template on layer top of 2
4) Place any other stuffs you wanna see like text etc on layer top of 3
5) Delete off all those white areas, leaving behind black area intact or vice versa
6) Use fading/ alpha effect on scrolling template and other stuffs layer to get translucent effects upon the bottom layer that contain the graphic
7) Satisfied? Export them.
