Does music make u feel anything?, A question that crossed in my thinking.

Definitely, unless ur deaf! =X Examples like those metal music gives me headaches, smoothing music calms me down, sad songs makes me feels sad (obviously...)

But ya, maybe you can elaborate more about your question ba. Cause I was thinking if you were trying to ask about something deeper. Like if there's any songs that we know that holds special memories for us as individuals.

Music a lot of drums such as Buttons from PSD will make me feel upbeat and happy. For sentimental songs, i feel normal, and would feel like singing along.

for me, when my whole mind get into a trance(studying), i listen to my fav songs lotsa time to get the mood down there

Of course, i believe those singer or band makes music not only to let people listen and feel it, at the same time, they also try to express their feeling thru the music and if they good or deep enough to sing their song, then they might successfully touch the listener's heart :rock: :mellow3:

and when i'm trying to concentrate to my works, i always listen to Shiina Ringo's and Tokyo Jihen's songs, cuz all their songs are my favourites, and they never fails to bring me happiness, cheerful feelings, focus, or even emotionally touched by their songs :rock:

If people don't feel anything from music, why do they listen to music in the first place?

I like rock music when I feel happy and felt like dancing (in the privacy of my room of course LOL), and I listen to sad music when I'm sad (I'm the opp. of most ppl in this case... -_- like to think "Yes I feel like this right now!" and continue sobbing xD).

When i's stress or tention, i would listern to R&B, linkin park, MCR, Fort Minor...Those Rock, hip hop. I cant listern to slow montion like enya, or oldies. I intend to sleep.
