7 January 2006 - Aeris Lim, 24, an Assistant Sales Coordinator, was looking forward to the dinner her mother was bringing back from Jurong Point's Mos Burger outlet.
"My mom bought the Tsukune burger I wanted," said Aeris, "but when I took my first bite, it was very hard and tasted bad."
She peeled the burger apart to find the badly charred patty shown above.
"This is the first time I have encountered this with Mos Burger," she added, "I tried to take a few more bites but... really cannot make it!"
They called the Mos Burger outlet and were instructed to bring the burger down to exchange it or get a refund. As it was already past 9 in the evening then, they decided to hold off til the next day.

i kena once too...but not so badly burnt. at 1st i tot is some sauce..but eat liao got burnt smell leh...but in e end also finish the burger haha... |

 huh. MOS Burger also got such bad quality?
I frequent MOS.B when I was working at John Little (orchard) and I been to serveral branches of MOS.B, but din encounter. Maybe I'm lucky eh. lol | |

i only ate mos burger once..... quite nice actually burnt food!?

so far i've never been served any burnt food lah..
my only complaint is that sometimes they put too much sauce liao.. machiam it's free like that.. and make my fingers very sticky and dirty.. | |
