When one reflects on a memory,
In a moment or two,
There's always a feeling within,
A sense of happiness, sadness, regret or even anguish.
This will always be a fact that your memories of someone or something,
will bring you emotions,
emotions that you may have forgotten.
Sometimes memories can be hurtful,
What can we do ?
Live with it ? Bear the Pain ? Keep your own grief so it will devour you llittle by little, till sometimes it will break you.
Save yourself, share it with some people close,
Or strangers, maybe (gotta be careful there).
Don live with the pain yourself, because you are never alone.
And Sometimes memories that Shines,
Sometimes to be proud of, your love ones or a event.
Share your time of happiness with others, inspire them.
Whatever memories are,
Bad, happy, sad, regretful,
They are just a reminder which are just there to let you know,
what mistakes you have made,
What fault was there in a decision,
What path was your happiness,
What was missing in that process,
Never dwell on it, cause memories are in the past.
The present and future awaits you.
