Kinda wasted but haiz...other place need to pay fees de lehz.. Wanted to self learn from friends or books but my house also not big enough haha

Total SGC$: 42.40 | Re: Martial ARts If really for health, do try Taijiquan. Can be practiced even by old people. It may not look as vigorous and forceful as other martial arts, but its every bit as deadly as the rest, maybe more.
For those 'Gung Ho' type, try out Chen Style Taijiquan. Slow moves combined with forceful cannon[Pao Quan] moves. Learn Lao Jia[Old style] first, then Xin Jia. Don't go straight for Xin Jia[New Style] as Lao Jia is more for health and self-defense. Xin Jia is more for look cool type.

Yeah, Taiji quan looks slow and peaceful on the outside, but on the inside its as hard as steel , its something like "Wai Rou Nei Gang":devil2:

You dun have to be 7 foot tall, 200 pounds in order to beat someone of similar size. Its all about the technique:biggrin4: |
