why practise so many martial arts? better to be good in one than to be jack of all trades right...
last time i also very ambitious want to learn a lot of martial arts.. in the end decide not to.

If really for health, do try Taijiquan. Can be practiced even by old people. It may not look as vigorous and forceful as other martial arts, but its every bit as deadly as the rest, maybe more.

For those 'Gung Ho' type, try out Chen Style Taijiquan. Slow moves combined with forceful cannon[Pao Quan] moves. Learn Lao Jia[Old style] first, then Xin Jia. Don't go straight for Xin Jia[New Style] as Lao Jia is more for health and self-defense. Xin Jia is more for look cool type.

Hi, u learning Chen style? Im currently learning Yang Style. Yeah, Taiji quan looks slow and peaceful on the outside, but on the inside its as hard as steel , its something like "Wai Rou Nei Gang":devil2:

y not try Wing Chun , it was designed by a lady for a lady to defend herself. You dun have to be 7 foot tall, 200 pounds in order to beat someone of similar size. Its all about the technique:biggrin4:

I absolutely LOVE Taekwondo. I stopped learning at Singapore Taekwondo Academy after I've attained a black belt and also because I was preparing for my streaming then. I would definitely love to continue! Post back please !

Thank you!:biggrin4:
