A self-employed man convicted of molesting five taxi drivers was sentenced to four years' jail yesterday, after his lawyer told the court that he was "emotionally scarred" by his experience of being molested himself as a child.
Choi Kein Loong, 34, had pleaded guilty to molesting the cabbies — who were all in their 50s — and to stealing some $20,000 in cash and jewellery from another man.
In mitigation, Choi's lawyer said that when Choi was 12 years old, an older man had molested him.
Choi's offences were committed between April and August last year.
Each time, he would claim he was the boss of a few coffeeshops and tell the taxi driver he was going around to collect his rental fees.
He would also offer the cabby coffee spiked with Dormicum, then ask to be driven to a housing estate.
While claiming to be waiting for his friends there, he would urge the taxi driver to finish the drink, and, once the cabby was knocked out, Choi would fondle his private parts.
The lawyer added that Choi was heavily in debt after his business failed.

it seems like alot of bad thingz will occur to the person to was ""emotionally scarred" by his experience of being molested himself as a child. ":disgust2:

People getting molested... ending up being the molestor itself... The pleads so common, i wonder if the judge is going to take his word about it.
