I experience a network down in SMS network during monday nite ard 9.30pm. i didnt realise that the system was down till ard 11 odd that some important msgs of mine is nt receive when my fren had already send long ago. I had to resort to call and check with my frenz ard 11 plus 12. den there is a log in her fone confirm the sending of msgs. M1-M1 no problem, SINGTEL, STARHUB TO M1 CANT RECEIVE. to us SMS is already very impt and a working tool from us. i m very disappointed with the services.dun sign wif M1 anymore.they sucks.

i got dat problem last time, and i tot is M1.. but den its actually my fone got problem, so dint send out de msg

i think tat onli apply to M1..singtel olso will like tat..but i think no need so serious to advice nt to sign bah..sure there error de..at least it nt like happening everyday?

sure is M1.they had confirm with me over the down in the network last nite.i aso had this problem last time.i change lots of fone bt still the same.i had to always send myself a msg den sms will cum in.sucks.

i only know that my friend who used starhub msg-ed me ytd at 11pm and i only got the msg at 3am yesterday =\ im using m1 btw.

so far i have been okay with thee service and very satisfied with M1 =)

maybe only ytd got problem la.

everything has its ups and downs.. u cant expect everything to be good all the time.

human get sick after sometime, so do machines.. u dun determine a service suck because its down like for 1 time or something

it hang for 5 hrs u knw. frm 9.30pm to 2.30am den resolve. i onli can rely on calling at last.materials and work nid to be done is lost over the network when it is down.i had to wwait till 2.30 den can do bt the msg nv arrive even till nw. my frenz using m1 say. their motto is everywhere under the sun. nt moon.haha

so. 1 mistake already enuff. between 5 hrs alot of things can happen de lo. and this is nt the 1st time i nv receive sms on time wif M1 already.mayb your frenz is chatting normal sms wif u bt mine is different. time is $$ lo. and work is work.

we pay for services that we dun gt.what for i m still paying so much for it?

singtel is expensive starhub is cheap but connection not so good, M1 below singtel price and avg connection. so M1 is still good and i will stay with it, and no one is perfect , so i will still stay with M1

anyway i've tried using singtel, starhub and M1
i would say both starhub and singtel would be a better choice.

Ya.. M1 Confirmed that their sms system was down..

I suppose to meet my Gf then use sms to arrange.. Guess what.. she didnt recieve.. and i was waiting at bugis like a mad man.. untill i called her..

Had a argument.. untill we called the call centre.. then we know M1 got problem.. Silly me.. lol

BUT

i got fren with VERY bad encounter with M1 before
so i had never been a real supporter of M1 since


my fren actually sign up for M1 hp
den every month suppose to be just $20++
but end up dunno why $30+++ close to $40

at first thot is some payment for the sim card and registration
but after few months the bill still ridiculously high
so she go take a close look at the bill
end up she got wad bye bye ring tone, some weird SMS service, blah blah blah
which she 100% guarantee confirm chop chop nv sign up

she call up and scream at the person over the phone
the person over the phone says wad probably she sign up but dunno
and die die must pay for that few months

her conclusion is that M1 trying to cheat money from unsuspecting customers, so they sign up here and there for the cust and claims "is u sign up but u dunno"
