Use UPS. They're not bad. =) To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

My company tried to send an important package overseas to HK.
The whole thing went missing, then we ask for compensation (coz really worth a lot), then they said the UPS didn't even receive the package to send even though we got the delivery number and the delivery order.
That was my story. Speed post is not as reliable either =x It gets there, but way too slow.

I ask my sis and she say she din hear the postman knock on our door that day when speedpost claim they send on that day and we also never see any deliver advice.
So i ask them to resend yet the customer service want me to collect myself and i say no i want a redelivery and they send it 3 days later to my hse. As for letters i also have friends who receive my letters late or when reach them already been open and torn. |

I told Speedpost I'll collect it at Tampines.
But turns out I'm available to collect it at home, so I called them TWICE, and they said "yes confirmed we will send to your house."
That day, around 3+pm, I check the item status on the net, it says. "Delivered".
I was like, "WTF does that means, delivered?"
I called them and I said I was at home all the way and I didn't receive anything.
They say, "we will email you the receipt scan."
Me, "yeah...so? how can I get my item back? that means someone signed for it?"
They, "Maybe you can wait for the email first?"
I was ****ing furious that some asswipe signed for my swords that he didn't order?
Waited for 10mins, called again, and asked, "could it be at Tampines Post Office?"
They replied "yes sir, your item is waiting to be collected at Tampines."
That was so "WTF".
Confirmed with me twice, say gonna email me the receipt scan, now it's at Tampines Post Office?
