I had just joined a company about 4 months, I found that the company was not able to provide me a basic work station. (E.g .Office table with PC) My superior is like in his own world in which I don't think he is able to help me.

I had to such an extent where to bring my own laptop & boradband device to perform my work. The stafff turnover rate is quite high, maybe some of the staff also felt that there is no sense of belonging working for this organisation.

The Superior & Senior Management also not doing anything. Is it time to go to find a better place of work?

Yes of cuz, it's time to jump ship. Why bother to put in extra effort when your superior and senior management, especially the boss is NOT minding his own business & company's internal affairs at all?

Hi Guys, my company TEC@AMK (now Toshiba Tec) sucks, though not as bad as the above mentioned. Free Internet Access, OT Claimable BUT the pay is like shit. They super underpay you and make you work long hours i.e. At least 11 hours per day, even SAT AND SUN also got to work. DUMB Company, if you dont OT, you will end up with a damn miserable pay that will make it hard for you to survive through rising costs and inflation.

People who want to apply for job at this company, kindly think twice. If you are prepared to work like a dog, go ahead. =)

My is ex-company is a school and i'm student there, there is suppose to find mi a job end up, find mi a job that is $800/mth for dip , i quit and complain to them, end up call mi to work in sch, 1.3k + com no OT, seem ok, but every week work more than 48hrs, due to they will have seminar 3 day/week, each seminar end until 12 midnight next have to com at 10am again, and the job supposed to be in-charge of student enrolment end up hav do other like copy 100+ brouchers,

Conclusion: after 2 mth of work, drain out my energry and moral
