Default Losing tummy fats

Hi ppl! I dunno if some1 else has posted a similar topic, but I search liao, like cannot find leh.. heehe

Anyway, does any1 has any recommendation on how to lose tummy fats? I'm not considered fat, but I hope to achieve a flat tummy. My front view is still ok, but I don't like my side view.. Wanna wear tight fitting clothes, but not nice, coz have a bulge at the tummy area How? Any1 got any methods to share? :p thanks!

try this abs exercise call Plank on Elbows and Toes,its really easy to do



1. Lie face down on mat resting on the forearms, palms flat on the floor.
2. Push off the floor, raising up onto toes and resting on the elbows.
3. Keep your back flat, in a straight line from head to heels.
4. Tilt your pelvis and contract your abdominals to prevent your rear end from sticking up in the air.
5. Hold for 20 to 60 seconds, lower and repeat for 3-5 reps.

Ooh... But it seems a bit like doing push-up leh... have u tried it b4? :p

Yup...me too...have tummy fatz..

Sure can lose while doing crunches??? alot of ppl told me tat...

it's no push up....that exercise you got to hold yourself, it train your abs....crunches will only strengthen your abdominal...which do not really help in lossing fat, reduce in your daily cal, eat lean meat and say no to skin, do some jogging and crunches, u will lose your tummy fat.

I really hope all these will help... my tummy is 1 of my most headache areas le..

sit-up and crunches are not very usefull and got chance that it will hurt ur spine and neck ...

the plank and elbow is for the mid abs ...u can try the both side one for the right and left abs


Lie sideways with your elbow directly under your shoulder joint. Your bottom leg should be bent and your top leg straight.
Push your body upwards so your full body weight is balanced between your elbow, knee and foot. Raise your free arm straight to the ceiling.
Hold this position for eight to fifteen seconds as you continue to breathe evenly.
Slowly lower yourself and switch sides.

for the lower abs u can do leg raise ...

lie down on the floor straight and raise your leg to 90degree ,if cannot raise till max...for 30secs

all these exercise are not very intensive but very effective so u can try them out rmb always contract your abdominals.

if u follow this u can get a nice firm or maby a six pac abs coming to u slowly.rmb not to overdo also ..give urself rest ,so that u dun end up getting stretch marks on ur tummy making it very ugly

There are some ways to lose some way other than exercise, nowaday people tend to eat detox pills than slimming pills which have no side effect and wont rely on then most importantly its much cheaper than slimming pills

Problem with fats on the tummy is they build up really easy but are hard as hell to lose
Doing sit ups and crunches just build up ur abs, they do not really help with losing the fats. With a layer of fats above the muscles its still juz a fat tummy.
Mainly need cardio and proper dieting to solve the problem cos fat burning occurs throughout the whole body. Spot reduction does not really work.

I think the most important thing is consistency... do situps everyday. :/ Oh, and exercise for about half an hour before doing. Cuz after 20 or 30 minutes your body will start to lose fats, before that is just burning calories. Any kind of exercise, like jogging or swimming also can.
