Not for me.. although my company got some stupid stuffs i dont like but overall still okay. MY colleagues was nice.. my boss was nice also.. veri relaxing job.. so no intention to look for another job

I'm definitely looking for a new job, cos think I'm gonna take up night classes soon & I don't wanna spend lots of travelling time... gonna find a job near the sch location. :biggrin4:

Nope. I love my job, atleast isnt as boring as my previous job.. definitely im not a office person, lolz! i dont like to sit down whole day facing design work and get pressured by deadlines.. so crazy.. no time to spend with friends or family too..

Going to look for a job in a few months time. Colleagues are good but one by one they are leaving cos our boss don't take good care of us. Care only about herself. She's the only one who got pay increment. Whereas the rest of us, either she ranked them lowly (so no increment) or rank them (average but no increment too cos newly converted from contract to perm so not eligible). I would say that she is very scheming.

In fact, one of my colleague overheard her talking to her frens in office in the morning that she got increment and she deserve it. She is the only one working and the rest are not. Very angry about her man!

so jealous of u all, my colleagues dun talk to me. i working for 1month plus, total number of words they said to me...erm...around 30. they can for weeks, dun talk to each other, so it is definitely not my prob. in fact, i dun think they even talk to each other unless its work, bo pian.

and i eating lunch alone for dunno how many days liao...sad life. cant blame me if i hate my work and slack ard, such as posting this msg. i NEED entertainment:cry3: :cry3: :cry3:

Your situation same as my bro one. His colleagues all dont tok to one another, even lunch also dont go together, they always buy back.. they onli tok to one another when come to works. Lucky my bro's boss not bad.. tok to him.. etc.. Normally he will join me and my hb for lunch cos we work in same bldg. Ermm.. later end up u r my bro's colleague =X

My experience is that MNC office politics very horrible. Those people in the middle management loves to play punks to the lower ranked employees, while act very hardworking to the top management. Now I work in a SME(Small Medium Enterprise). I am directly answerable to my boss for my performance. Sometimes very pressure. One thing good is my company now is in the expanding, & it is still in the expanding phase. Which means my ricebowl will be stable unlike those fully expanded MNCs, which will cut cost & retrench any moment.

I am still opened to opportunities but factors to consider besides higher pay, I must also consider the travelling distance, the work hours & the nature of the job. Some jobs offer you 5 days/week but make you do OT like siao.
