Default Long term weight lost plan

Hi guys/gals, I know most of us find losing weight a near impossible goal & most of us cannot find time for exercise due to our work commitment. However, I have came out with a unconventional weight loss guideline which may or may not work. Good Luck.

1)Tune your mind to the correct frequency. 1st thing to mention is that there is no such thing as a short term weight loss plan. Crash diet only makes you lose more water, less water means more toxins in your body. I'll explain that in details later. Our bodies are designed in a way that we do not gain weight overnight. Weight gain occurs over a period of time. So do weight loss. So you must see achieving the correct weight as a long term plan for life.

2)Drink more water. We are encouraged to drink more water not only to hydrate our bodies but also to flush out toxins which we take from our daily food. Toxins reduces the body metabolism rate.

3)Eat the right food. I have friends who eat their favourite food like Char Kuay Tiao, chocolates but they fast the whole day. Our body is designed in a way that less food we received ,the less metabolism rate our body will produce to ensure our survival. Less metabolism means less fats burned. Instead opt for low fat, less oily food & eat in small frequent portions(example 5) per day. This will "cheat" the body to produce higher metabolism & the limited fat intake will result in weight loss.

4)Exercising may not mean jogging in the park or working out in the gym. Though proper exercise is the best, but there are alternatives like window shopping. Girls have unlimited stamina when it comes to shopping while we guys find it really hard to keep up with them. You can also choose to walk home from MRT stations or bus interchange instead of taking that feeder bus. As long as it is some activity to keep the body sweating. Married couples ONLY! Spice up your sex life! It have been proven that sex is a potential calorie burner!

5)If you have a habit for coffee in the morning, why not switch to tea? Tea contains anti-oxidants. Anti-oxidants repair damaged cells & slow down aging. Slow aging in the body means higher metabolism rate. That explains why most teenagers can eat so much without weight gain. If budget allows, it is also good to take anti-oxidant supplements. Green Tea & grape seed products are 2 common type of supplements.

6)In order to reward yourself for your strict diet of low fat food, have your most favourite sinful food once every 2 weeks. Be it buffet, your most sinful dessert etc. Imagine being banned from KFC for life!! What a lifetime torture this will be!! This will also boost your morale in keeping your diet.

7)Relax yourselves!! Stress also produce toxins in our bodies. Take life easy!! Read motivational books, go for a fishing outing, but try cutting down on the cigarrettes & alcohol. Less of these things can be good. A glass of wine can improve digestion & metabolism but drink till mabok can out on weight. Alcohol have higher calorie content than Coke. Cigarrettes, without need to explain, add extra toxins in our body.
