Cancelled: Angela Chang S'pore album promotions tour. Health reasons cited



Angela Chang has cancelled all promotional tours in Singapore and Malaysia until further notice. A press release issued by Universal Music cited health reasons for the cancellation.

The Taiwanese star was due in Singapore from March 2-5.

According to the press release:

" With preparations for her upcoming concert and on-going promotions for her recent album, [ANG 5.0], her busy schedule took its toll on her health.

"Adding to that, she has not had a break from work since her 3rd album, [Pandora], with idol drama roles and commercial performances around Asia.

"Pertaining to ill-heath conditions, Angela Chang was recently advised by her doctor that she would not be suitable for long-haul flights and it would be best if she stop work, as it might result in exhaustion.

"Thus, LinFair Records Taiwan has come to a decision that all promotional tours in Singapore and Malaysia would be cancelled till further notice.

"Commenting on the sudden cancellation of her Singapore and Malaysia promotional tours, Angela Chang has expressed her utmost regret and apologises for all the inconvenience that she might have caused. She promises to take care of herself and stay healthy.

"Hopefully she will be able to come for promotions very soon.

"Universal Music Singapore expresses our sincere apology for any inconvenience caused. Universal Music Singapore appreciates and thanks all the well-wishes and blessings the media and fans have shown to Angela. Your sincere thoughts will be conveyed to Angela Chang soon."
