FEMALE BOSS - just check on the weather and you will know their mood...

this is what i experience...maybe i just back luck !!

Mi agree with blackdragon. Avoid female boss with all cost although i am female.

Ok.. I don't know what you guys have experienced, but, I had a relatively good experience working under a female boss. However, it was during my NS, so I don't know if it changes anything. She was a civillian in a HR Officer post in one of the Police divisions, and I was her staff asst. The 1yr 8mths that I spent under her was a very fun and fulfilling time as we were able to click pretty well, I guess. Good welfare, eg. birthday/christmas presents, birthday lunch for our dept (4 of us only..) It could be that me and my partner were quite efficient and could get things done quickly. Only got on her bad side a few times during that whole period. Don't know if I get ever get another boss like that.

agree.... xin li bu ping heng... hahahaha... but some female bosses are really nice, especially those younger ones. male bosses, well, generally they are better than female bosses, but it can really depends.... my current male boss, well.... nothing good to say about him.... LOL~

I agree however i think as long they are not married, womens tend to be more emotional unless the are married AND with CHild.
Male boss are not that emotional that's why there are still more male the female boss at a higher herachy(",)

I prefer my boss to be male because male tend to be very 'Chin Cai' in work so long as your work is done and hand in on time.

Likewise female boss tend to "follow by book', slightly a mistake, she will ask you to amend. Worse is married women. Unmarried woman not so bad. =)

if im female i'll go for male boss.

Opposite sex usually get better treatment. At least thats what i feel. Males Macro-manage, Females Micro-manage, if comparing management style..again just my opinion.
