forget abt SLS, look out for warehouse sales in ST.

my suggest guide are:

1. Price-Budget,
2. Actual look, hear and feel, experience (see and hear yrself) - remember tat for tv your can adjust the visual setting, they may down-play some brands/ model for better returns on others
3. Warrent

LCD technology is basically from LG, Samsung, Sharp.

TIP: When i brought my LCD, the sale asked me to squat down and look at a looking up angle to tell the diff (basically the same angle you will look at it at home)

lg is the most expensive ba cus i saw some ppl selling 19'inch sharp and samsung @ 3xx quite affordable

audio house had a warehouse sale 2 weeks ago.. maybe they still have the stock can try calling and ask lor.

sony is the most ex.. and mostly over rated and over priced. i think the most popular brand is samsung. and quite affordable too. the design is nice too. i personally have one and i like it.
