SGC$: 57.68 Bank: 606.63 Total SGC$: 664.30 | well for makan definately have to go to jalan alor, their hawker street, there is 2 lanes. In the back lane there is a supposedly best beef noodle in kl but the place is abit dirty so only order hot drinks there (only opened at night) After having dinner there, you can take a walk down to jalan imbi road and walk along it until you notice a small redish house near jalan khoo teik, there is a shop there that serves the supposedly best desert in KL.Well abit of a walk but quite near actually,if you need a map, search for jalan medan imbi here.It is at the junction of jalan imbi and jalan khoo teik.I tried the desert there b4,definately recommended http://www.streetdirectory.com/malaysia/kl/ Heard that the foodcourt on top of KLCC suria shopping center serve very good nasi lemak You can also head down to KLCC suria A&W if you like their food. Also supposedly some good food around chinatown area but i never explored much there so you may just like to take a look around. As for shopping, chinatown is definately the place to go for cheap bargains, but warning,if you start to bargain and you get a low enough price and then end up not buying, you could get into some trouble,so only bargain if you are sure you want to buy the item. Apart from that, there are place like sungei wang plaza, low yat plaza (for electronic items),berjaya times square but since you have being there i think you know most of these more famous shopping centres so i won't talk much about these Not sure if you have being to the KLCC tower as in actually went up,if you have not and wish to go,know that it is closed on Monday and on other days, you should go early to queue up for the limited tickets, hmm like go there around 7-8am |

SGC$: 57.68 Bank: 606.63 Total SGC$: 664.30 | well easy to find out, just use that link i provided, key in jalan khoo teik and do the search. The place is just at the junction btw jalan imbi and jalan khoo teik.It is pretty close to the main bintan downtown area,so just connect the map from there to jalan alor and you know roughly how to go.Best if you could print out a map and use it for ground reference. You could always take a coach from the puduraya coach terminal in KL to go up genting but i would not recommend it for a lady cos it is very very complicated there with shady characters around. So my recommmendation is to just hail a taxi up. SGC$: 53.60 Bank: 0.00 Total SGC$: 53.60 | Hi Guys.. I make a new discovery at KL... there is a taxi station at time square & some other shopping centre or major tourist location. This is where you pay before you take a cab to the location of your choice. It is cheaper than any taxi driver quote. a lot cheaper!! And there is a whole row of taxi waiting for you to aboard them!! :love4: |
