i plan to go there to colour my hair but dont know about the standards of the trainees..anyone been there?? can share their experiences? do their standards match those professionally trained hairstylists?

At the Kimage academy, the trainees are supervised by the teachers there..but ultimately, the trainees are the ones doing ur hair so, it's like toto. See whether you tio a good trainee or a lousy trainee.

Of course, I believe there's a hierachy there whereby they must accumulate certain standards before being able to cut hair, or dye hair, etc.

i think if its just normal cutting n trimming it should be ok.. just tt they take quite long.. coz i think they scared tt they'll cut wrongly..
but hair colouring.. i'm not sure lehz.. hee yah it depends on ur luck lahz..

Some of my friends went there for hair colouring b4 their skills was just so so althought there are seniors who will help them out. Bty u got to be paient as most of them are slow as 1 of my friend do her hair for almost 4 hours.

i think quite good lehs, my fren actually did his hair like this GREYISH WHITE.
ouch.
but i dun see many damage on his hair lehs.
maybe he did a lot treatment ? who noes.
