Yesterday order KFC delivery as feel like eating so i order family feast A which consider 8 pieces chicken and the delivery was late. When it arrive i haven't get to check and the deliverman just walk away and i open the box saw just 3 pieces.

So i call the customer service centre and the line was busy no one can ans my call. Finally there someone who ans my call and i say my order is wrong can u ask them to redeilver as it was very late and my family was hungry. Yet she keep asking question like is the invoice correct, what order u receive etc and hang up my call without saying whether they are redelivering again.

So i recall again and also wait for very long then got ppl ans. This time the lady say will check and call back and she did. I ask her how long will it take and she shout at me say it's been redeliver and she dun know what time will reach my house and hang up my call.They are in the wrong yet keep hanging up my call and shout at me when i order it say will reach my house at 6.10pm and i wait till 6.20pm then it arrive and order is wrong. I just call to ask for redeliver yet kena so bad services.

Bty when they redeliver the order to my house it already around 7.15pm and order was wrong again as i order 5 pieces orginal and 3 pieces crispy but it came as 3 pieces original and 5 pieces crispy but i din call again as it might drag till 8pm or later then i get to eat my dinner and also sure kena hang up by them.

i think Mc Donald delivery more polite than KFC, it happen be4 lot of time, KFC delivery alway later , and very impolite, and also deceive people on time, the way to solve the problem is DUN call the KFC delivery ANYMORE in the future

actually i call kfc a lot of time always on time except this time late, wrong order still kena the customers sverices hang up my call and shout at me anyway wrote an email to complain them to their HQ liao.

You should record what the rude lady that shouted you and make the issue big and ask for compensation such as free chicken for life^^

i got the 2nd lady name and which outlet she from as she even can tell me her name so i just email her name and outlet to the HQ as for the 1st she lucky i dun kw her name orelse i also wil say out her name.

Last time i also enounter bad service with pizza hut as wait for almost an hour for the pizza and they offer the pizza free and even give me another pizza free too. But KFC the customer services and deliverman never apologise let alone any free things from them.

I have a Mcdelivery story. Once I ordered Macs and since I was in a remote location, I had to guide the deliveryman in. They were late, but only because they were lost. Eventually he turned up and guess what? The guy was in a cab! Apparently they were overflowing with orders they had to send people out in cabs to make the orders. Then he realized the order was missing 2 meals and he cabbed back to get it and bring it back to my place. It was 2 in the morning. I have a feeling that the total cab fare was greater than the cost of the food. Thumbs up to Macs.

KFC delivery not always so impolite,,but me ever encountered once.
They send the wrong order to my place, the delivery man actually redeliver my order within 45 mins and give me 1 extra chicken to compensate for my long wait.

so i guess not all delivery services are that bad after all.
