The film takes a satirical look at the inflexibility of outdated governmental rules and regulations and the rigid mindsets of civil servants who follow rules to a fault, charming and delighting audiences with its humorous and perceptive insights.

Just watched the trailer and really I think we singaporeans can have a good laugh about the government.

Rate it 3.5/5, because of it's over-common plot: soul-exchange. And i feel that Neo is being a little racist, because that indian bald guy is a total joke. If indians were to watch the movie, how will they feel? But, the ah ma did make the whole cinema laughs during the macdonald's scene.

I never watch any of Jack Neo's flims.
In fact, his flims can never go further.. like international?
It's too singapore-based.
The title of the movie itself is already very 'singaporean' - Just follow law? I not stupid? [it's all not in proper english]

In short, local movies - not my type.

His movies reflects the problems singapore has, though it pretty much of an empty shell, most of their movies are funny yea.
