Job Scope:
• Candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the mall’s new members’ lounge and its main Customer Service area.
• Your role is to foster strong member relations so as to increase active support of the loyalty programme
• You will be responsible for acquiring new members and encouraging strong response to the mall’s promotions
• You will manage the in house CRM system and work closely with partners to ensure deployment of member and shopper benefits
• You will manage a team of Guest Service Officers and ensure that service standards are maintained through constant training and coaching
Requirements:
• Previous experience in the retail and hospitality industry
• 2 year’s supervisory experience
• Strong communication, problem solving and people relations skills
• Able to generate basic reports and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Highly organised, a team player, service oriented with strong initiative
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Salary range from $1.8k - $2.5k
• Working hours: Mon-Fri – 9am-6pm, Alt. Sat – 9am-1pm

Requirements:

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Salary range from $1.2k - $1.4k
• Working hours: 6 days/wk - 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm, 2pm-10pm
• Off day: As per duty roster but will try to schedule 1 Sunday per mth.
