An instructor at a juvenile reformatory was arrested on suspicion of paying for sex with a minor, police said Monday.

According to the police, Satoru Tanabe of Ichihara, Chiba Prefecture, paid a 16-year-old girl 30,000 yen for sex at a hotel in Koto Ward, Tokyo, in early February.

Tanabe, 32, allegedly became acquainted with the girl via a mobile phone dating Web site. He was quoted by police as saying, "I'd been interested in young girls, and couldn't resist my lust."

a few months back, under 12years old for girls is illegal.
Since then. because of many such sex cases, it is now illegal to have sex for girls under the age of 16, guys is 18.
