Default JAE appeal, anyone?

Has anyone thought of appealing into other JCs or poly courses after the release of the JAE posting results?

I've decided to appeal into Pioneer JC(Arts) because I realised that Innova JC doesn't offer H2 China Studies in English(CSE) which I want to take up instead of H2 Lit.

Hmm... not to demoralise, but usually appeal cases to JCs are on case by case basis and they take in very few after JAE results are released, unless you are appealing through CCA or ur L1R5 is way below their cutoff.

oh okay. my results is slightly better than PJC's cut-off score by 1 point. hopefully my appeal would be successful.

haha some of my frens managed to appeal and stay in their JAE JC. It helps if you are in that school for first 3 months. As for the rest, if I'm not wrong, most are not successful...

It is possible to appeal though I am not sure of the success rates. I was an OGL during the 2nd orientation. There was this girl in my group.. She was with us for a couple of days, then one of the councillors told me that she appealed out and was successful. No idea where she went, though..

Haha, honestly, appeal out successful is usually meaning that the person go back 1st 3 mth jc. i was from vj and there was this guy from my sec sch who got into rj, but wanted to come back to vj, appeal oso din get in. so yeah, it's really not easy to appeal in jc cos places are usually already full, so it'll be case by case. luck, luck and more luck.

but then VJC and RJC are very popular JC choices nowadays, so competition is, not surprisingly, stiff. but the JC i want to appeal into is PJC which i reckon isn't as popular as even the middle-tier JCs such as ACJC and SAJC. so, hopefully my appeal would be successful.

oh... anyways, for JC, it's not about popularity that depends on success of appeals. it depends on the school administrations
