《特务J》首部曲《特务的宿命》剧情简介：
没有过去，没有记录的迷样特务J(蔡依林饰演)，以冷酷的枪法、矫健的身手，执行没有档案的机密任务；接到 指令，特务J最新的任务，就是要去刺杀一直在追踪自己的专业保镳S(金载沅饰演)，执行任务的那一刻，特务 J跟踪S到一个天台，当S转身见到J的真面目，临死前，却露出了令人熟悉的微笑，同时特务J也完成了任务… …自从特务J枪杀了S之后，S临死前那熟悉的笑容，常常萦绕在特务J的脑海中，于是特务J决定开始调查追踪 S是谁，在S的公寓里，特务J发现自己竟然是两年前忽然失踪的少女，原来这两年S心痛不已，一直在巴黎等着 那个他深爱的女孩再度出现，他并不知道其实被秘密组织绑架的特务J，早已被洗脑训练成为一名特务….讽刺的 是，S被特务J枪杀的那个天台，也是当初少女与S约定见面的同一个天台，美丽的约定，却是死亡的再会，特务 J枪杀了自己的过去与爱情…..特务的宿命…..

一次接近黑社会老大的卧底的行动，特务J在曼谷这闹热的城市中，化身为一名在大型DISCO中表演的歌手， 却意外的发现，多年以前在执行任务中死去的男友 Vince，居然牵涉在其中，虽然发现男友的假死事实，特务J气愤却无奈，但是在这次行动的过程中，两人却 再度重燃爱火，但也深陷危机！特务J是秘密组织委派去拯救在黑帮卧底的Vince，而V竟然是多年以前死去 的男友，他们和黑帮展开激烈的枪战及追逐，最后V在一次行动中，真的死去，剩下完成任务却孤单一人的特务J ，哀伤的不敢相信这次V真的离开了她……
