2.Discuss the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Modern Management. Why are companies engaging in CSR? Are more companies involving in CSR, or less? How can companies contribute more to CSR? How can more companies contribute to CSR? Is CSR a must have, should have, or good to have?
3.Managing in the global arena is more challenging, yet more rewarding than managing in the domestic market. Make a case for Multinational Corporations, highlighting the challenges they face and the potential rewards that they face as they compete in the world market.
4.Compare and contrast between a local Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) and a Singapore based Multinational Corporation (MNC)? How are they different? What are the characteristics of both?
