Thumbs up ISLE CAFE - Curry Puff

ISLE CAFE - Curry Puff

ADDRESS : Peace Centre #01-36
OPENING HOURS : 7am - 7pm daily
PRICE : XX cents

Owner Seow Kah Hock has been preparing the dough and fillings for 15 years. It sells about 2,000 curry puffs every day. Beneath the thin and crispy crust is a generous amount of filling. The potatoes and chicken are minced together to produce a tasty, rich paste. The creamy paste goes very well with the crust, which is not at all oily. These curry puffs are favourite tea-time snacks for office workers in the area. At 60 cents each, they are definitely a good deal.
