And is usually on canvers or on wood. Now they give out themes already , like topic and you must choose. So they give you i think around 6-7 mth to do the whole paper 1.
Inculding sketches , transformation , thumbnail, colour studies, final work.
Of course the final work must be nice. however if the following process is not , you loose mark.

so O level really wants High standed work.
Yea, most of them are quite big... My sister one did it last two year is as big as our dinning table... those big one that sit 8 people....
So you can imagine...

For me i did ceramic clay tat is used to make vase and pot....
so i did a model of a car

I remember in secondary 1 and 2 sch days. my art was wth, keep failing and stuff. i remember drawing my shoe because i nv bring my flower. which is CRAP!

Hehe... not bad. I'm taking art in JC now. So got a bit of work to show off oso. Maybe u can learn a bit from me. xP  
These are some of my works done in December using charcoal and some pencil. Some general pointers are to put in more contrast. As in try to see where very light then dun touch at all and where very dark then shade fully black and then vary the tones as much as possible.
I did more works but then I dun hav scanner or camera now so can't show u directly. Maybe next time see u then I bring and show u X)

i did silkscreen for Os i remember. lols.
O lvl art not diff de. quite fun. hahas. cutepetz. can enjoi faster enjoi. next time u will miss this period of time drawin n drawin n drawin.
