today a guy called me from H A R D W A R E Z O N E,he asked me if i wanted a d2pro or some cheaper version at 118(cheaper) or 128(d2pro).

heres what he offered me,

$128+ $10(transport fee)
D2PRO(make region free n can play ahem games,modchip)
DOORSTEP soldering install,teach,get me used to it.
install donno wad thing into my channel so i load my games thru it,block the firmware upgrades.
6mth warranty
3-4 free games(*ahem) after some negotiation.otherwise $5 each.

seems like a good deal,qisahn does at 100,this one is 138 minus the 4 games about 20 so 118 for 6mth warranty and doorstep .and if i take the cheaper modchip,its only 108 if exclude games,which i will buy sooner or later.

oh ya hilmi also reminded me that i shuld look out for modchips that have upgradable firmware or can support nintendo's firmware upgrades cuz next time games may need it,true?

IIRC, qisahn price at S$100 is d2sun, not d2pro leh.

d2pro is a red color chip, and a ribbon cable shud be installed, running from the chip thru the usb port to outside the wii.

after much consideration,since i am buying wii from qisahn,might as well i mod with them since they already install HBB and i install gecko myself.otherwise my warranty will be void also =P.

but now i buying games from him,after much research i can safely say he is trying to somewhat trick me into buying from him by making "attractive" deals and since im young he thought i didnt do my research.but nowadays arh young people quite geeky liao =). he said 5 bux/game.doorstep delivery.sounds good,will buy 1 or 2 sometime to try.

Well.... a d2pro + wii clip (solderless install, just clip on) costs only.... 60SGD online... if without the clip... even cheaper...

If you arent afraid to do it yourself, thats the cheapest route... if thats what you are looking for...

Im considering that myself... but i need to buy a soldering iron to remove my OLD mod chip first
