my colleague keep askin me when m i goin to throw letter.. gettin abit over.. really regretting to let her know my leaving intention..
should i leave without another job offer?

u lied to her that u're pullin her leg or if she don buy it..tell her firmly that u've changed ur intention (not gonna change job liao)..
then wait till u've found another then u can jump liao lor..
