Bruce Wayne has 8 billion worth of net asset. Tony Stark has 6 billion worth of net asset.
Bruce Wayne has a frigging satellite that can house only DC knows how many superheroes(Justice League). Tony Stark only has a building.
Bruce Wayne has more than one suits. Tony Stark has one.
Bruce Wayne has a Bat Cave.
Bruce Wayne has more than one side kick. Tony Stark has none.
Bruce Wayne's tactics make WAY more sense. Ironman's proton cannon makes none.
The only reason Batman can't fly is because its way cooler with his plane. Plane > Jets.
Bruce Wayne has Batmobile. Tony Stark has none.
Bruce Wayne has the data of all superheroes in his database, including their weakness and strengths, even though they are in different universes.

As for Batman V.S. Ironman, what can I say? Batman can defeat Superman, and I'm sure Supes can beat Ironman without breaking a sweat.

I have to admit though, Batman uses tactics.

Good break up. I choose batman over ironman 4 he use his brains (he got no super pwr) n his dark but cool attitude.
