The long rumored iPod 4G is finally here, called the Nano Chromatic. Yeah the rumored picture last time is not lying, the new Nano does have curve on the front.

The new iPod Nano-Chromatic has the Rock and roll over features where you can rotate iPod nano to flip through album art with Cover Flow, watch movies and TV shows in widescreen and view photos in either portrait or landscape. All thanks to its accelerometer.

Genius, a new feature that finds the songs on your iPod nano that go great together and makes a Genius Playlist for you.

Another new feature of the new Nano will be the Shake to shuffle, give it a shake and it will shuffles to a different song in your music library.

The new iPod Nano-Chromatic is available in 8GB and 16GB, priced at $149.00 and $199 respectively and choose from 9 colors. Wow! wish to collect them all, I just love the color combinations.

i tink is the 4th one..
for the shake-to-shuffle function.. if u sit on those massage chair which shakes vigorously, then ur song will shuffle till siao~

does normal electronic stores like epicentre sell red colour ipod nano? i read in the website it can only be bought at official ipod stores and from the website.

u mean the shop @ cine? i tink i didnt c it there las wk... they got silver, black, purple, blue, green, yellow, orange and pink... hmm mus b quite exclusive...

if im not wrong, red color nano can only be bought through online. from their website itself. lols

Luckily this one came out... the previous 3G version was nuts cheap and i grabbed one.
One drawback for the Chromatic is the screen is curved.. so u get some irritating glare, esp with the sun.
Other than the shake function, its pretty much the same as the 3G one, even the screen is same size.

and quality wise for the 3G.. not very impressive. the dial is not that sensitive sometimes, and must really take care of the mirror back.
Very easy to get scratched. and the supplied earpieces are about the quality of $5 taiwan ones. >.<
