if he/she is a lawyer's assistant sldnt the standard of english at least be acceptable? imo, a lawyer's assistant would likely think twice before making such posts. maybe he/she is an admin staff but dont really help in "law" stuffs.

Since NO peace have been established and this Hurtful Uncalled For behaviour is found / or will continue, i will not hesitate to proceed with LEGAL ACTIONS if the FORUM ADMIN and Party To Blame REgistrated Member, do not apologize PUBLICLY.

Any form of Disregard to this matter, will arouse a Legal ACtion as of 26th June 2008 with only a ONE DAY period to attend to this matter at hand.
