you're allowed to choose the subject combinations provided that you're eligible for them based on the subject pre-requisites. whether you're assigned to your ideal subject combinations depends on the number of teachers available who are teaching the subjects that you chose.

with a large variety of ccas to choose from, i dont think many people would regret coming into ij la.also, the teachers are very helpful and caring. some of them may even sacrifice their time to help you in studies till late night. what i loved to be in innova is the people there. for my batch, the majority of students are like so enthu one. And yes, the culture in innova hasnt been fixed yet. if u ask me about the culture of my batch, i would tell u, a rojak culture with crazy people. haha

since its a new school, the facilities are of course new and nice.but one thing you wouldnt like is during rainy days. =( when it rains, innova is like flooded. there are shelters, but the shelters arent the usual shelters that prevent us from getting wet. this problem has already been discussed over many times. (since the pioneer batch). but damn it, the principal is still not taking any actions to solve this problem. lol

finally, the environment there doesnt make me feel like a mugging school. we mug when exams are nearing. we play when common tests are nearing. funny right? haha. and of course, this only applies to larger porton of students in ij. the other small porton is like hell load of muggers.

depends la. not every cca take in newbies such as basketball. but out of 10 ccas, around 9 of them do not nid any prior experiences to join. =.^

i joined bowling with no prior knowledge haha...

btw i was from the pioneer batch...

u guys are lucky... i was there for only since jae... it was a construction site, not a school!
i had been in taf club for some time... imagine running around teletubby hill (do you still call it that?) when you have a track, which is still under construction... would like to thank ms lee and mr lee wung yew for helping me achieve silver for napfa... haha
haha and the block nearest to the track... we never got to officially use it. only for remedial classes, and we will just kop whatever available classroom... about the rainy days thing... when sch first started in ijc, there was no bus service. and even when there's bus service, the bus stop was still quite a distance from the main gate... imagine when it's raining heavily, and i've tried that many times...

i must agree that for my batch, ijc didnt have the mugging culture... only started mugging when promos was nearing, and when a levels was nearing... overall, i would say my stay in ijc was enjoyable, whether or not i made it into uni... but lucky i still made it

haha my bro's in ijc this yr too haha
