if i were the MOE, i will lower the cut off points for poly and JC.. so tat O levelers can go in.. and will lower the GPA points for entry to poly too... the Singapore education is so high and tough now.. |

if i were MOE, i will make sure MOE raised the L1R5 admission criteria for JC from 20 or below to 25 or below. i will also abolish all the non-JAE exercises such as DAE, JPSAE, and JPAE so as to make sure that everyone,no matter whether they are ex-poly students or ITE or A lvl cert holders, get a chance to enter poly again. i will also try to call for a few more new polytechnics and JCs to be built. i will also make sure that the local uni admission system will be able to increase the number of poly grad intakes and offer them a wider range of courses, and also that all JCs, polys and local unis are to limit/restrict the number of foreign students coming to study by further increasing their education fees. | |

I would give the parents more rights to decide whether they should let their child attend any activities i.e. camping, educational tour, farm visit and etc. I don't like to see that all school should be the one to decide and to make it too compulsory for every child to attend the activities as organized by the school. Parents should be given their rights to decide for their child's attendance to such activities.
