Hi all I'm a upper sec student, and there's a English project that requires us to film a 10-15 min documentary on a subject of our choice. My group chose to do on the football (soccer) scene in Singapore, but then we realized that there was too much stuff and too little time to fit it in :handsup:
Anyone has any ideas to help us out? Should we change the subject matter completely (still got time) or should we try to narrow it down?
I'd be very grateful for any suggestions or help *bows*

Hello! Haha. Your title interests me. Anyway, I feel that if I were you, I would do a topic that I've got passion/interests in. If you'd interests in Soccer, doing a film of 10-15mins should be a breeze for you! (because you can film in many information about it and display your passion for it.) Yup. i think u may encounter some problems while filming the documentary... like u will have to personally interview the people involved in the local soccer scene right? i mean... how are u going to get close to them in the first place.

Yup I agree, you also have to get interview from people from such fields ma. Make it more real. So I guess you gotta change the topic. Maybe like school? Then interview the students, teachers, workers from school.? (:

soccer is kinda vague, of cos 10 - 15 mins wouldnt be enough.. so maybe u can focus on a certain aspect of soccer.. i.e. maybe u can film abt a certain soccer team..? or for eg. how soccer came about? tips to perfect ur soccer skills? (hope my suggestions are helpful.. paiseh, i dunno soccer stuff lah..)
