the idiot is from my gf's workplace... he is coming up to my gf so strongly that she is sick of it, sick of going to work even. the guy keeps askin her to go lunch, go home together and things like tt... and after, some discussion with the gers from work, we learnt tt he did that to other gers but when there are no sign of reciprocal, he will move on like how the locust moved on to other fields. dammit, ant advise?

Get the girls to complain to the management as a group that he is harassing the girls. This is serious because it disrupts the conducive working environment as well as productivity of staff from management's point of view. For the girls, they don't deserve such harassments and traumatic encounters everyday at work.

If the management and the girls feel it's serious enough, they may consider pressing him for harassment charges.

Meanwhile, be there for your gf and provide a listening ear.

there are methods your gf can choose which is more suitable for her...

1.) since like what u have mentioned above, he would change a new target once there is no reciprocal, then just give him cold shoulder lor...

2.) she can also choose to reply him in a polite manner that she is attached and has got no interest in him... (at the mean time, if u do have time, try and go fetch her from work)

above are passive way of handling the situations... which would not cause any stress between both parties!

3.) she can complain it to her boss or HR if she really can't take it le... (but note that if she is new, or if that guy is a more capable staff than her, situations may not be to her favour)

4.) gang up with all the gals who have been disturb by that guy and see the BOSS to file a complain... note that only boss and with several supporters the scale would tip to her side.... but, this is considered office politics, which not all boss would like... and after this incident, her impression to her boss will sure change...

so ahe have to weight the pro and con b4 she decide what to do...
