My bf is at hq now. Its been 30 odd hrs alrdy.
The chances of getting charged is high.
His parents dont even want to bail him out.

This really terrify me.
I cant sleep, whole day feel light headed.
What shld i do?

P/S Im sorry to ask such dumb question, im really feeling depress now. ):

well they cant keep a suspect for more than 48hours. Whatever it is, tell your bf to hang in there and to be honest all the way. If he is a first offender, a lighter charge will be put against him. so yea. Dont feel down but be there for him once he's bailed out. And tell him dont do anything stupid..

you juz say in this way, its kanda hard for us to advice you..

okie.. nthing you can do, if his own parents dun wan to bail him out.
coz you are still young..

all i can say is ask him to hang in there...
isit possible for you to visit him..

if possible, tell him to hang there..
dun fall down..
he still have you by his side..
you will always be there for him..

tell him tat you will wait for him to come out no matter wat..

or worse, you write a encouraged letter for him..
and pass to the Sir and give it to him..

Let's face it if he has done the crime he will need to do the time. No amount of worrying can get anyone anywhere especially you. If his parents aren't lifting their fingers I do not think you can do anything else except to sit and wait to see what is the whole thing all about.

I am sure of if it is just some petty crime he should be out and pending for a trial and if anything else then I do not think he could be bailed till he's brought to court. I would advise that you just concentrate on your studies and not let your parents worry over you like he did.

Thanks for all of yr advices, i really appeciated it.
He is charged becors of old cases, & he was implicated.

now, he have 1week remand in cantovent,
& 1year 4mths of probation. Im now trying to convience his parents to bail him out.
But the parents also bo chup, say what ' we wont spend a single cent over him'.

So anyone one knows, if after 1week remand, and his parents dont bail him out.
what will happen?

if no bail mostly is boy home..i got friend the mother also never bail him out..he went in boy's home ..=) so guess it might be the same for your bf also..

But the IO alrdy told him is probation. Still need go boys home?

bail how much i not sure lei..my friend de parent never bail him he went in lor..his case was bringing weapons with other friends at the hdb going to dunno do wat.. his friends who got bailed went home only he never kana bail..but after that all also go in boy homes..so i think it depends on what your bf do lor..

no bah. u got fren above 21 years old and is not ns man to bail him also can. old case should be no problem la unless he do tua tiao taiji lor. ur bf how old? if 16 below then boys home, got home leave unless he 17 plus then rtc lor. that one then u really need to wait for him le.
