I guess its just that sometimes the other person doesn't know that you just wish he/she drops that topic because it gets irritating.

Somehow I think both genders need to have their own life, need to balance many aspects of their lives well. Do not let yourself revolve around the boyfriend/girlfriend, especially if your other half doesn't revolve himself/herself around you.
I think over time, it gets a bit tiring and stressful having a significant other who treats you as his/her world, and if the relationship fails, the one who revolved might have a world crashing down, and have no one to turn to. Because friendships might have been lost in that process, so you can't turn to friends... | |

Well ladies are driven by emotions....when she is sad she wants somebody to confide to.....
