We hope to gather a few young or aspiring entrepreneur who will rent the ponds and set up their "factories" there. Let me explain.

This is the concept. The setup cost is very low. Example, the concrete pond is $100 per mth. Feeding cost is $30. Food ??? $10 - $20? Or you can breed your own food too. Fencing at $200.

You got your "land" to place your "machinary". So now you need to buy machinary. Machinary = fishes or aquatic related animals

I feel the total setup cost shouldn't be more than $3000 unless you are breeding arowanas. Pelcos are one of the example.

Our project manager Mr Tan who has vast experience in fish rearing and farming business will assist you in finding buyers for your fish and negotiating a good deal for you, In this way, we reduce your risk and worries. However you should equip yourself with necessary knowledge to keep your "machinary" functioning.

1) Concrete Pond with cement bottom - Size:10ft x 16ft x 2ft
Monthly rental rate per pond : $100

2) Concrete Pond with mud bottom - Size:10ft x 16ft x 2ft ( For Arowana,etc)
Monthly rental rate per pond : $100

3) Mud Pond - Size : 60ft x 60ft ( For Arowanas and large fish)

4) Space for rent from 100 sqft onward (For showroom and indoor breeding)

Feeding services can be arrange.
CCTV solutions can be arrange to.

Hi, does your farm has space to rent out for cat breeding? Am starting out and looking for place to breed my pedigrees. Don't really need such a big space as there's only 3 cats now. Maybe half a hdb room cos i'll have a cage as well. Thanks...
