I am not talking about Colour blind....I am talking about when we see a item "red"? is it still red when it seen by others?

I am talking is what seem "red" to you, may appear as "blue" to other people...for some reason I don't know!!!!

I once read a Science Centre Magazine before...got one article got say "colour is just a imaginative fragment of your mind...", they got mention that the colour vision that seen by other individual may be different from you...not just colourblind, that can be tested, but we human may not even know we may all see differently from each other... .

I don't know how truth is it...can any eye or colour vision expert help me answer it? but please spare me indepth answer..

has anything being proven yet...?

Anyone feeling scared and wory...I am pretty worry if it is true....given that what you see is totally differnet from what your friend see...

yes always had such a suspicion also.
since we've grown used the the labels accorded to the shades we see.. we label a particular shade the same thing even though we might be seeing it differently.

not an expert but i guess we probly see different shades, in terms of colour intensity, brightness level. probably not LARGE differences lah.
we have 6 to 7 million "rods" which are photoreceptors in our eyes to capture colour.. dont think everyone has identical receptors, right?

actually we might never be able to find out the answer unless you can take over someone else's brain and eyes for a short while hahaha.

Maybe trained since young about colour differences. There's Dark Red, Fire Engine Red, Blood Red, Light Red, Wine Red, Clear Red, and many other Reds.

We defined Red by different degrees and each of us have different degrees of colours.

i guess we see the same color. For eg. red as in red. But i guess different ppl will see the colours in different degrees of intensity, different hues.. For eg: one might see a red hue as "apple-red" while someone sees in different hue like "chilli-red"...

Yes...I heard some scientist say....the only way for them to prove it is went into another person body...and see through their vision....

but of course it is not possible...and so no way to prove it...so scientist can only suggesting it in theory....

1) maybe Red have many difference degree of "red"....like some shade is different..but I mean is will we see it in totally different colour...like red is blue....yellow is pink.....etc..

2) How did human "see" and "detect" those colour? I mean, the "colour" we see...what does it make of or come from? Does we really "see" those colour...? or it is just a imaginative fragment create by our mind?..

3)I don't know so much on the properties of those colours....does it even really exits? does colours really exist?

4)I have heard some scientist say....most likely we see the same colour since we have the same optical structure....the colour we perceive should be the same? What look green to me should look "green" to you right?

I am talking about a situation that we may be seeing different colour from each other without us knowing it....I am not talking about colourblindness....If what we see isn't really what we see...? where does those shade of colour vision come from?

If you committed crime in Singapore and try to be bastard in front of police, they will close you in a yellow color room (If I were not mistaken).

From what I heard from my friend, the yellow color can make people panic and almost 99 percents of people who went in that room will get panic and ask for help within few hours time.

From here, I can tell that 99% of human brain interpret the color same as each other. The rest are color blind.

i've always wondered the same thing. what if my "red" is your "blue"? there is no way to say which one is the "right" one since both of us KNOW that the colors we know are called that way.

Human see the colour through their eyes . Theres a part in the eyes which i forgot which part , they let you see colours of an object .. sorry i know it doesnt help .
