I am 28 this yr my highest edu is 'N' level. I am planning to further study in the area of Human Resource and hope that i could 1 day become a manager or executive in that profession.

Can you all you readers, give me some advice on how can i achieve my target? If you are already in this profession, hope you dont mind sharing with me your exp and your worklife being in a HR job.
