If you just started a job not long and you find the job scope is totally diferent from what the interviewer had told you in the interview and you couldn't really adjust to it. Will you resign or continue to stay on bty the company might need you to work on weekend without OT pay and time off.

Hmm they told me is admin which is answering calls, doing invoice and petty cash, liase with publishers etc but when start work relaise need to be secetary as well and also do production work and incl those i mention above. As for working on weekends is bcos here is a music com so when singers got autograph session or events to attend will need to go help out although not always but still need work as when needed.

ohh i see. aiya, i also kenah bluff by the agency. say i do simple data entry (like MS office etc), then how i know i come here data entry is on the company's system (so difficult to learn) and must email to so many people (including my big bosses in the states). AND the pay is for beggar, still make me work until 8 plus in the night. so ya lor, if you think you can handle the job, why not hang on? if the pay is good lor...

the pay is quite ok as after paying bills still can survive and i also got to learn many things like need to know how the cd is produce as need to contact with publisher, distrubtor etc and when a cd is produce i need to type all the lyrics out so can send for prinitng, also need type out the commerical lines etc

at least you learn something. so i guess the working on weekend can help you ba? and you get to see celebrities as well. and your pay not bad marrr... i don't learn much here, the pay like shit (can't even pay all the bills etc), and the people here really is qi ren tai shen.. and i still surviving here (i ren and ren and ren)

the pay is ok but can't save much per mth as after paying bills is just enpugh to surive benfits not so good and also i won't get to see celebrities much as if work on weekend is help to do odd chores like helping buying shoe soles, water and even might need maintain queue for autograph session. I also is trying to get used to here but seem like cannot want give up liao. Bty can u imgaine the employment letter the company give me is printed on plain paper without company name? They also never incidated if i resign before probation ended how long notice i need to give and also will i need to compansate them?

sounds like doing a lot of sai-gang as well. high 5 man. my job no benefit at all de. if you cannot tahan your job, continue work awhile more while looking for a new job. don't quit without another job at hand
